Just Married…Seriously.

Sean and I have been engaged for well over a year, and even before we got engaged we knew that our wedding wouldn’t be traditional or overly fussy. And true to form, we had a quiet ceremony yesterday with a JP, Sean’s parents (who acted as our witnesses) and our daughter.

There were some photos taken during the actual ceremony, but they’re not on my camera because, well, I was getting married. When I get the other photos from Sean’s dad I will definitely post some because I know these, “Oh-hey-we-didn’t-really-get-any-decent-pictures-of-just-the-two-of-us-so-let’s-set-up-the-camera-in-our-kitchen” photos might not be what some of you are after.

Rest assured that we will be hiring a good photographer for our party in the summer. I am fully aware that it takes a photographer more skilled than I, to make evening photographs shot on my grey walls to turn out nicely. That said, if ever you want to have a good laugh, set up a tripod, put your camera on a timer to do a lot quick burst photos. The results are hilarious.

Her Outfit: Dress, sweater, leggings and flower (H&M), total spent $55.
His Outfit: Sweater (H&M), Pants (Tip Top), Shirt (Mark’s), total spent $0.
Supper: hosted by our parents, total spent $0.
